Marc long time no see. I miss you all and even though it has been years I don't feel any older. Can't wait to see all of you and maybe after this we can all take a big camping trip together so all our kids can meet. That would be fun. See all of you in SEPTEMBER.

Strong and bold the familiar buildings stand
Used and worn on this fast growing land
There in the center are people who care
Outgoing and friendly, willing to share
Abandoned for the summer, lonely and still
To leave this old place brings a tear and a chill
As the buildings grow larger, the people grow apart
It's a whole new beginning, where do we start?
As the number one High School anywhere around
One of our best qualities is the unity we've found
Everyone is close, compared to other places
Where people are snobby, and in popularity races
Let's keep our school together, unlike all the rest
Keep our pride high, cause Gilbert's the best!

Wow Heather!
I can barely remember writing this poem. Thank you for sharing it. I don't have a copy of it. I have always been a sentimental person, and I remember feeling so sad that we had to leave our high school building to move to the new High School...

Stephanie Meade just wrote to me that, "it seemed like what ever 'click' we were in we were all still friends! at least that's how i remember it". That's how I remember it too! I hope we find all of the classmates on the missing classmates list. It's nice to have everyone back together again in one space. I have enjoyed reading about everyone, and I feel so much pride in our Class:) 88 is great!

O.K. I'm hooked! I admit, everyday I check the weather, my e-mail, the news headlines, and then I get so excited to go to this website and see who has posted a new profile. I am obsessed! Marc, you are a blessing, thank you for the wonderful re-connection. I love reading about everyone and seeing all the pictures of yourselves and your beautiful families and your accomplishments. I especially love receiving e-mails from friends I have not heard from in decades. I am looking forward to the reunion. I hope to see you all there.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. I have been having a blast doing the website and catching up with classmates by reading about their lives since high school. We have a fantastic class that I’m proud to be a part of!

Very impressive web site, truly pro work. I never was real involved in High School but I'm enjoying the website none the less. I haven't had a chance to look around much so forgive me if I'm offering a solution to a non-problem but, I own a 10,000 sf pool hall at Gilbert and Baseline on the south east corner if you need a central place to meet and make arrangements for the reunion. Call me or just show up, it would be nice to see how everyone has changed.
