Billy was great! We went to Anytown together and bonded immediately. From then on he was always a bright spot in my day. How sad to find out that he is gone.

Billy was sharp, really sharp and very funny. What a tragedy that his light went out too early. Thankfully, he seems to have accomplished some of his greatest dreams by graduating from a great law school and working at a great firm. Some people live to be a hundred and don't accomplish as much or touch as many as he did.

He always believed in me...encouraged me to be the best I could be...he always knew exactly what to say and do...he is several reasons why I am the person I am today....it's amazing to me how much of an impact someone can have on your life....as he had on mine...I will see you in Heaven my dear friend...I will then thank you for the amazing impact you had on my life....

One of the fondest things I remember about Billy from high school is what a great friend he was to people. You could talk to him on the phone for hours and he would help you see things through, always being that listening ear you needed. I remember going down to Tucson for a concert one weekend with Tara and staying with Billy. After returning that night to his apartment from going to the concert and walking in in the middle of the night, Tara and I found Billy asleep in the recliner as we walked in the door. It was obvious to us that he had stayed up waiting for us to return, probably worried....cause back in those days we didn't have cell phones! That's what kind of friend Billy was. You always knew he truly cared.
